MAPFit Training is a combination of high intensity, low impact strength training and athletic conditioning. MAPFit Training combines strength, conditioning, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movements. The idea is to continuously “shock” the body.
MAPFit Training aims to make training convenient for everyone. Athletes are free to show up and complete their training any time between 4pm and 7pm on Mondays and Wednesdays. Trainer Megan will be present for all sessions to push and guide athletes through each workout, focusing on form and technique.
Each workout will consist of both a strength segment and a conditioning segment. Athletes will have the option to complete the strength portion, conditioning portion, or both. Workouts range from 45 minutes to 2.5 hours in length.
The goal of MAPFit Training is to accommodate for athlete’s varying goals and daily schedules. With three hours of open gym per training day, athletes are sure to find a time that works for them.
