Strength & Conditioning Class

Strength & Conditioning is a 45 minute, a high/low impact of Strength and Athletic Conditioning. It is a combination of strength, conditioning, muscle endurance, muscle build, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns.  The idea is to continually “shock” the body.
