Month to Month Membership: $58/per month plus $40 at sign up for Initiation Fee

Annual Membership (12-Months+ key fob) $565 ($120 savings$$) Must all be paid upfront at sign up

If you decide to cancel or put membership on hold you will need to re-pay the initiation fee each time you re-start your membership.6
