***You DO NOT need to be at the gym the entire 530pm-8pm time. That is your window of when you can show up to train with me. For example. You can come and start your workout at 630. You can come at 7pm. You can come at 730pm and get a half hour training in. It’s totally up to you when you show up. Its totally up to you how long you decide the workout to be. When you get there you tell me how much time you have to train that night and I will show you exactly what to do and guide you through your workouts. If this doesn’t make sense you can email me and I will explain more about the Open Gym Format. You will have me as a trainer those all hours. You just decide what fits your schedule on when to come and what parts of the training sessions you want to focus on.***
MAPFit Training is a combination of high intensity, low impact strength training and athletic conditioning. MAPFit Training combines strength, conditioning, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movements. The idea is to continuously “shock” the body.
MAPFit Training aims to make training convenient for everyone. Athletes are free to show up and complete their training any time between 5:30pm and 8pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Trainer Megan will be present for all sessions to push and guide athletes through each workout, focusing on form and technique.
Each workout will consist of both a strength segment and a conditioning segment. Athletes will have the option to complete the strength portion, conditioning portion, or both. Workouts range from 45 minutes to 2.5 hours in length.
The goal of MAPFit Training is to accommodate for athlete’s varying goals and daily schedules. With 2.5 hours of open gym per training day, athletes are sure to find a time that works for them.
